As a Bridge the Gap mentee, you will receive monthly virtual 1:1 meetings with Coach Maitland to discuss strategies that will improve your performance as a skill development coach.
Coach Maitland will provide networking opportunities for you to join discussions with like-minded coaches through virtual group calls and/or in-person coaching clinics.
You will be granted exclusive access to a library of video content to help you improve your technical knowledge and how to build/develop your business.
